Über mich

I'm a passionate 29 years old woman willing to work hard. I learn new things very fast and like to work with people full of initiative, like me. I'm a problem solving person who has entrepreneurship skills and shows initiative. I can adapt myself quickly in different environments. In a team, I'm the one who help others to achieve their goals while I'm putting all my effort to achieve mine.

Due to Corona's economical impact, the planned extension of my contract, after the first year, will no longer be possible. Therefore, I'm determined to find a meaningful and secure job that provides me with the opportunity to really contribute to a thriving team and grow personally.

I'm immediately available, will need only a few days to organize everything but can quickly start working. Furthermore, salary is not a priority for me right now, but the chance to stay in the market and contribute with my experience at the same time I gain some more.

Lebenslauf

During and after a degree in Business Administration, I did several volunteering projects in Romania, Peru and France. This journey lead me to Germany and, after 6 months in Hamburg, I ended up in beautiful Bavaria, which I chose to be my new home.

International Mindset

I'm well prepared to attract and handle international customers from various cultural backgrounds. While working for AIESEC, I took part on some volunteering projects myself, which involved working as a cultural teacher in Romania, English teacher in France and Entrepreneurship teacher in Peru. With those experiences I learned to deal very well with different cultural backgrounds and work ethics.

Project Management

On my first month at Liberty, I was already working in one of their major projects, for the biggest petroleum multinational in Brazil. I could be useful for business development in Portuguese speaking countries. In addition, my work at Roche and M&B prepared me well for most of HR's challenges. I'm very confident working on HR projects, especially with an IT focus. With a commitment to customers and a strong desire to be part of a winning team, I feel ready to coordinate time sensitive projects, balance stakeholders expectations and team up with others to establish efficient ways of working.
